Sanjeev Kumar

Sanjeev Kumar is a seasoned hospitality leader with over twenty years of experience across renowned hotel brands such as Marriott, ITC, Fortune Park, Best Western, and Sayaji Hotels. His most recent tenure as Hotel Manager at Marriott Siliguri (2021–2025) saw him spearheading operations with a focus on excellence and guest satisfaction. Known for his strategic vision and ability to drive performance across diverse markets, Sanjeev has consistently delivered growth and operational success. With Teesta Hotels, he aims to bring refined hospitality to India’s fast-developing Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

Avinash Tiwari

An engineer turned hospitality entrepreneur, Avinash Tiwari brings over fifteen years of rich experience in engineering operations, sustainability initiatives, and large-scale project execution for leading hotel groups such as The Leela, ITC Hotels, Hyatt, Marriott, and IHG. His career highlights include leading award-winning green energy projects, from solar installations to fossil fuel elimination drives. Avinash has also been instrumental in achieving LEED certifications and winning multiple national energy management awards. At Teesta Hotels, he combines technical innovation with sustainable practices to build efficient and future-ready hospitality spaces.
